About Us

The KT Global Associates team includes highly competent coaches, trainers and consultants experienced in leadership development, organization development, intercultural issues, performance improvement and personal growth. Comfortable in US and non-US cultural environments, many speak Spanish or other languages effectively.

KT Global Associates grew out of the compelling belief that all individuals, teams and organizations are capable of achieving and sustaining remarkable personal and business results. Part advisor, part sounding board, part cheerleader and part strategist, we work with individuals and businesses on site, by telephone and through the Internet.

4. Nonviolence: We work to inculcate positive attitudes to replace the negative ones that so often dominate. We believe that changing ourselves begins with changing our language and methods of communication. We work to become the change we wish to see in the world (Gandhi).
