The KT Global Associates team members have years of experience in designing, implementing and evaluating leadership development programs. They are experienced and highly capable of guiding participants in action learning projects, interactive workshops, and through one-on-one and team coaching.
We are certified to administer and interpret a number of assessments that can be highly effective for individuals as they develop their leadership skills and ability. Some of those instruments are the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator©, the Values Arrangement List©, the Campbell Interests and Skills Survey©, as well as 360o competency assessments.
We have experience in helping organizations make sure they have the right people with the right skills, at the right place and at the right time in order to meet the organization's strategic goals.
