KATHY TRICKEY, MSEd, is a Professional Certified Coach, a former Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of Agriculture, and a skilled coach, trainer and consultant to individuals and teams that desire to exponentially improve their personal and business results.

Her professional experience spans over 35 years of administrative, organizational development, and employee and leadership development with several Federal government agencies, including USDA, GSA, HUD and the VA. These include both headquarters and field offices located in the US and several foreign countries, including Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and The Netherlands. She works with executives, managers and supervisors to get better results and sustain their efforts. She is fluent in Spanish and adding French to her expertise.

Her credentials include a Master’s degree in Education and a graduate certificate in Change Management. She is a certified facilitator of The Coaching Clinic© (a coaching skills for managers program) and AchieveGlobal’s Facilitating for Results© program. She is trained and certified in the administration and use of a number of assessment instruments including the Cultural Orientations Indicator©, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator©, FIRO-B©, Golden Personality Profiler©, Values Arrangement List©, Campbell Skills and Interests Survey©, and Global Executive Leadership Inventory. She holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a member of the ICF and the Association for Psychological Type.

A resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Kathy serves as Past President of her local ICF chapter and is a member several professional organizations. She serves her local community as a volunteer for Heifer International, Girls Incorporated of Santa Fe, the Southwest American Indian Arts Association, and El Rancho de las Golondrinas (Spanish colonial living history museum).
